About Kharbandas Real Estate

Gian Chand & Co. was founded by Late Sh. Gian Chand Kharbanda Ji in 1957 as a property dealing firm located at Rohtak Road & Ramjas Road, New Delhi. The firm specialized in sale, purchase, and renting of residential, commercial, and industrial properties across the Delhi region. With his straight-forwardness, honesty, and practical approach, he earned immense respect in the real estate industry and became fondly known as “Kharbanda Saheb” among the high-end community of Delhi.

In 1985, Mr. Mukesh Kharbanda joined his father’s business by establishing Kharbanda Properties (Regd.), an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. Under the guidance and blessings of his father, he expanded operations across Delhi and NCR, focusing on high-end properties of all kinds. His honest and practical working style earned him a highly respectable position among Delhi NCR’s HNI class.

On 3rd February 2006, the business expanded further with the conceptualization of ONS Land Projects Pvt. Ltd., marking the firm’s footprint across India and globally.
